Meet The Staff

Miss Pinny Cush loves to craft. As a matter of fact, she opened the shop so she could spend more time with her favorite pastimes. Miss Pinny Cush is always curious but also hard to pin down and tends to flit from one craft to another. The shop reflects her eclectic collection of distractions. Her best friend is Loopy and you will often find them together knitting and crocheting.

Loopy used to roll all over the place looking for good yarn. Now she has everything she needs in her favorite town, Kennett Square. Loopy is fussy about her yarn stash. As the yarn buyer, she has a great deal of responsibility but she also has a secret weapon. To make sure Tinker has a stellar collection of yarn, she consults with a secret yarn society in Kennett Square. While we cannot divulge their identities at this time, you know who you are and Loopy is most grateful for the counsel of local residents K,J,L,L, and N.

The number one rule at Tinker is follow the Ruler or should I say, The Unruly. Unruly keeps everyone on track and can often be found in the yarn section reminding you to watch your gauge or in games section reminding Peg to follow the rules! Peg is his secret crush and is known to be crafty when they cheat. Unruly knows everything that is happening in the store so look for him when you have a question. Why is he called Unruly? Well let’s just say, while he makes the rules, he doesn’t always follow them and he never learned to color inside the lines!

Peg (they,them) is the resident gamer and chatterbox. They love to play all kinds of video games, board games, and their latest obsession is Mahjong. Peg loves to talk but beware…they use this strategy to get you off your game especially when playing cards!

P.S. And they all love tea and candy because their cousins live right across the street at Mrs. Robinson's Tea Shop and Sweets and Treats.
